Every January for the past 22 years The Wentworth Hotel in Jackson NH hosts an annual ice carving competition. Inviting carvers and chefs from around New England, competitors have three hours to carve a 300 lb block of ice into a masterpiece. The Ice Breakers duo of Dennis Hickey and David Soha have been part of this tradition since the beginning and over the years have walked away with many of the prize spots. Most recently The Wentworth started a new annual tradition of an ice bar generally held in February. When we embarked on this venture there was no question on who to call to create this masterpiece of ice.

Dennis and Dave came up and spent almost two days creating for us the ice bar that we could only have dreamed of, with extra touches, ice benches and ideal carvings to incorporate into great photos for our guests to enjoy.
I have always and I am sure will continue to be very pleased by the creativity, reliability and quality of Ice Breakers.

There are so many great things I have to say about Ice Breakers. Dave and his team have incredible talent and are true professionals. We host over 150 weddings a year and have a multitude of on-site events.

They are always very inspired, creative and great to work with whenever we need a martini luge or even a custom carved ice bar (a favorite of our winter weddings).
