Go Directly to Your WebMail Account
Your Web Mail Account (which is also accessible through the cPanel page) is where all of your e-mail physically resides. When you check your email on your device (phone, laptop, desktop computer) this what your device is linked to. The messages you see on your device are not physically on your device. In other words, if you delete e-mails here, they are also removed from your device.
Go to cPanel
cPanel is the server back end where you can create/modify e-mail addresses.
You can also check your e-mail here (you will need your e-mail password to check and manage e-mail)
You can view your storage space used for both e-mail and web site.
All other server statistics, tools, database management and more (most features beyond e-mail management should be left to your administrator or someone who understands the tools and features available)
